To search the publication date scenario of
interest to you, select from the following:
- To
search for a range of publication dates,
select the radio button next to From
and enter the beginning date of the range in
the From box and the end
date in the To box.
Example: To search for all 1996 issues between
June and October, 1996, your search would look
like this:
From
to (MMDDYYYY)
Equal to (MMDDYYYY)
Note: By entering 00 in the DD (Day) position,
you capture the monthlies as well as other
publication frequencies in this date range.
- To
search for all issues since a
certain date, select the radio button next to
From and enter the beginning
date in the From box. Leave
the To box empty.
Example: To search for all 1996 issues since
June, 1996, your search would look like this:
From
to
(MMDDYYYY)
Equal to (MMDDYYYY)
- To
search for all issues before a
certain date, select the radio button next to
From and enter the end date
in the To box. Leave the From
box empty.
Example: To search for all 1996 issues before
May, 1996, your search would like this:

- To
search for an entire year including all
monthly issues, select the radio button next
to From and enter the
beginning date of the range in the From
box and the end date in the To
box.
Example: To search for all issues in 1996,
your search would look like this:

- To
search for a specific issue, select the radio
button next to Equal to and
type the publication date in MMDDYYYY format.
Example: To find the May 31, 1996 issue of a
publication, your search would look like this:

search for a monthly issue, select the radio
button next to Equal to and
type the publication date in MMDDYYYY format
using 00 for the DD (Day) portion.
Example: To find the May, 1996 issue of a
publication, your search would look like this:

Tips:
- Enter dates in MMDDYYYY format (Month Day Year)
- When entering a publication date, always
enter six digits
- Remember to select either the From/To
radio button or the Equal to
radio button
- Enter 00 in the DD position to find monthly
issues
