  • Go to Easy Search.
  • Type chemical industry and overview and click Search. (You should include the word overview because the article type always appears in the title. This makes it easy to search for specific types of articles, such as overviews.)
  • Select Keyword Search.
  • Click Search.
  • I need a list of California companies ranked by sales.
  • Go to Easy Search.
  • Type California.
  • Select Topic Search and click Search.
  • Click "California (Companies Ranked by Sales)."
  • What is the future of the retail industry?
  • Go to Easy Search.
  • Type retail industry.
  • Select Topic Search and click Search.

  • Type fast food and advert*. (By using the * wildcard, you can match advertise, advertising, advertisement...)
  • Select Keyword Search.
  • Click Search.

  • Go to Easy Search.
  • Type biotechnology industry.
  • Select Topic Search and click search.
  • Click Sub-Topics.
  • Click "Laws, Regulations, etc."
  • I'd like to find a copy of an article I saw in the June 3, 1996 issue of Forbes. I remember that it had the phrase "holy cow" in the title.
  • Go to Advanced Search.
  • In the Words in Title field, type holy cow.
  • In the Publication Name field, type forbes.
  • In the Publication Date field, click the radio button next to Equal To and enter 06031996.
